Tina Bokuchava, Chairperson of the United National Movement (UNM) opposition party, has urged public servants and law enforcement officers to prioritize Georgia’s European future in the upcoming October 26 elections.

In a recent statement, she appealed to state employees to act in the nation’s best interest by voting for the country’s European integration.

Bokuchava reiterated a pledge made by former President Mikheil Saakashvili, vowing that every citizen’s interests will be protected and respected after the change of government. She emphasized that under the new leadership, the rights and dignity of each individual will be upheld.

“I am confident you will honor the laws and constitution of Georgia and will not allow yourself to be used as tools for electoral manipulation by Ivanishvili. Stand with the Georgian people and defend Georgia’s national interests,” Bokuchava stated, referring to the founder and honorary chair of the ruling Georgian Dream party, Bidzina Ivanishvili.
