Train derails in western Georgia, no injuries reported

The locomotive and the first carriage of the Ozurgeti-Tbilisi passenger train derailed near the village of Nataniebi, western Georgia. 

The public relations service of Georgian Railway informed Radio Liberty that fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the accident. Currently, investigations are underway to determine the cause of the incident.

According to Georgian Railways, there were several passengers on the train, all of whom had safely disembarked.
