Two policeman arrested over attacking a disabled minor in Tbilisi

Two police officers were arrested over attacking a 17-year-old disabled minor in a metro station Isani yesterday. 

One of the police officers was arrested for degrading and inhumane treatment, while another for misuse of power. 

The State Inspector’s Service is investigating the case. 

The agency said that the minor suffered facial and head trauma after the incident. 

The video, which went viral yesterday, has caused large-scale criticism on social media. 

The Interior Ministry has condemned the incident and said that violence is unacceptable.
