Two American soldiers sustained injuries during the multinational military exercise Agile Spirit 2025 at the Norio training area in Georgia, the country’s Ministry of Defence confirmed with local media on Friday.

The Ministry said the incident occurred when a military vehicle overturned during the exercise. The soldiers were reported to have suffered moderate injuries and are currently in stable condition.

“At this stage, their condition is satisfactory. As a precaution, they are undergoing further medical evaluations,” the ministry said.

The soldiers were initially taken to the Gudushauri Clinic in Tbilisi for assessment and later transferred to the MediClub Georgia medical facility for continued treatment.

Agile Spirit is a long-standing joint exercise involving NATO allies and partner nations, aimed at enhancing interoperability and regional security. The 2025 iteration includes participants from multiple countries and is being held across several military training sites in Georgia.
