Ukrainian soldier died in Donbass under shelling of invaders

The Ukrainian soldier was killed on April 18 as a result of shelling of Ukrainian positions by the armed formations of the Russian Federation. The shelling was carried out from automatic easel grenade launchers.

This was reported by the Operational-Tactical Group "Vostok" on Facebook.

"As a result of enemy fire, one Ukrainian defender received injuries incompatible with life," the message says.

Another serviceman was wounded by shrapnel. The soldier was promptly provided first aid and was evacuated to a hospital.

The leadership of the military unit and the working group of the Military Law Enforcement Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are working at the scene, the report says.
