Ukrainians down hundreds of Russian missiles, 52 fighter jets, 69 helicopters

The Ukrainian forces say that they have downed hundreds of Russian missiles, 52 fighter jets, 69 helicopters, as well as other small-scale targets since the outbreak of hostilities on February 24. 

“A number of  missiles fired by the Russians from different directions were unable to reach the target thanks to our air defense systems,” Ukraine says.

They say that on March 7 alone a Russian helicopter and three fighter jets were downed.

Russia is hiding its losses in the war, claiming that it has ‘minimal losses.’
