Ukraine’s General Staff: Russia has lost over 1.16mln troops since start of full-scale invasion

Russia has lost about 1,164,340 military personnel in Ukraine since the start of the full-scale invasion, including 1,170 casualties in the past 24 hours, shows updated figures released on Saturday by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The number represents combined personnel losses, both those killed and wounded, recorded from February 25, 2022 to November 22, 2025.
According to the report, Russia’s total estimated combat losses in Ukraine include:
Tanks: 11,361 (+4)
Armored vehicles: 23,607 (+7)
Artillery systems: 34,559 (+9)
Multiple rocket launch systems: 1,547 (+1)
Air defence systems: 1,248 (+1)
Aircraft: 428
Helicopters: 347
Operational-tactical drones: 82,842 (+222)
Cruise missiles: 3,981
Speedboats/ships: 28
Submarines: 1
Vehicles and fuel tanks: 67,842 (+74)
Specialised equipment: 4,002
