Ukraine’s Armed Forces have released updated estimates of Russia’s military losses since the start of the full-scale invasion.

According to the General Staff, Russia has lost approximately 1,173,920 military personnel - killed or wounded - since February 24, 2022, including 1,060 over the past day.

From 25 February 2022 to 1 December 2025, Ukraine reports the following Russian equipment losses:

  • Tanks: 11,387 (+1)

  • Armored fighting vehicles: 23,678 (+6)

  • Artillery systems: 34,754 (+14)

  • Multiple launch rocket systems: 1,552 (+0)

  • Air defense systems: 1,253 (+0)

  • Aircraft: 430 (+2)

  • Helicopters: 347 (+0)

  • Operational-tactical UAVs: 86,090 (+239)

  • Cruise missiles: 4,024 (+0)

  • Fast attack boats/ships: 28 (+0)

  • Submarines: 1 (+0)

  • Vehicles and fuel tankers: 68,583 (+71)

  • Special equipment: 4,010 (+0)
