Ukraine’s General Staff: Russia lost 1,196,740 troops, including 1,130 in past Day

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Sunday said Russia had lost approximately 1,196,740 troops in Ukraine, including those killed and wounded, since the start of the full-scale invasion.
The total number also includes 1,130 troops lost in the past day.
Estimated total combat losses of Russian forces from February 25, 2022, to December 21, 2025, are as follows:
Tanks – 11,435 (+2)
Armoured fighting vehicles – 23,770 (+1)
Artillery systems – 35,298 (+11)
Multiple launch rocket systems – 1,575 (+0)
Air defence systems – 1,263 (+0)
Aircraft – 432 (+0)
Helicopters – 347 (+0)
Operational-tactical UAVs – 92,604 (+116)
Cruise missiles – 4,073 (+0)
Russia’s losses also include:
Fast attack craft/boats – 28 (+0)
Submarines – 2 (+0)
Motor vehicles and fuel tankers – 70,789 (+68)
Special equipment – 4,029 (+1)
