Ukraine General Staff: Russia loses 1,211,530 troops since full-scale invasion, 900 in past day

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Sunday said since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia has lost approximately 1,211,530 military personnel in Ukraine, including those killed and wounded.
Over the past 24 hours alone, Russian losses amounted to 900 troops.
Estimated total combat losses of Russian forces in Ukraine from February 25, 2022 to January 4, 2026 are as follows:
