Ukraine says Russian military losses have exceeded 1.37mln since start of full-scale war

Russia has lost about 1,372,270 troops since the start of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, including 1,380 casualties over the past 24 hours, according to updated figures released by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The figures represent Ukraine's latest assessment of Russian military losses since the beginning of the war.
According to the Ukrainian military, Russia has also lost 11,983 tanks, including three destroyed or damaged during the latest reporting period, as well as 24,696 armoured combat vehicles and 43,397 artillery systems.
The General Staff reported that Russian forces have additionally lost 1,837 multiple-launch rocket systems and 1,405 air defence systems since the invasion began.
Ukraine's military said Russian losses also include 436 aircraft and 353 helicopters, while the number of operational-tactical drones lost has reached 331,818, including 2,046 over the past day.
According to the update, Russia has also lost 4,733 cruise missiles, 1,585 ground robotic systems and 4,253 pieces of specialised military equipment.
The Ukrainian military further estimated that Russian forces have lost 103,658 vehicles and fuel tankers since February 2022, including 358 during the past 24 hours.
The General Staff said Russia's naval losses remained unchanged at 33 vessels and boats and two submarines.
