Russia’s combat losses near one million, Ukraine’s General Staff

General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that approximately 992,750 Russian troops have been killed or wounded since 24 February 2022.

Russia has lost nearly one million military personnel since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine began in February 2022, according to the latest figures released by Ukraine’s General Staff.
In a statement on Wednesday, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that approximately 992,750 Russian troops have been killed or wounded since 24 February 2022. The figure represents an increase of 930 personnel in the past 24 hours.
The Ukrainian military also provided updated estimates of Russian equipment losses, which it says include:
Tanks: 10,887 (+3)
Armoured combat vehicles: 22,680 (+2)
Artillery systems: 28,750 (+39)
Multiple launch rocket systems: 1,406 (+4)
Air defence systems: 1,177 (+1)
Aircraft: 413
Helicopters: 336
Operational-tactical UAVs: 39,019 (+95)
Cruise missiles: 3,271
Warships/boats: 28
Submarines: 1
Motor vehicles and fuel tanks: 50,812 (+82)
Special equipment: 3,907
