Kyiv on Monday said Russia had lost an estimated 1,241,530 personnel - killed or wounded -  in Ukraine as of 2 February 2026

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has published updated figures on Russian military losses since the start of the war.

Kyiv on Monday said Russia had lost an estimated 1,241,530 personnel - killed or wounded -  in Ukraine as of 2 February 2026, an increase of 850 since the previous update.

The report also detailed equipment losses from 25 February 2022 to 2 February 2026 - 11,627 tanks (+2), 23,981 armoured vehicles (+1), 36,802 artillery systems (+25), and 1,633 multiple launch rocket systems (+1).

Air defence systems totaled 1,291 (+1), aircraft 435 (+0), helicopters 347 (+0), operational-tactical drones 121,217 (+1,083), and cruise missiles 4,205 (+0).

Naval losses included 28 light fast boats (+0) and two submarines (+0). In addition, 76,585 vehicles and fuel tanks (+146) and 4,057 special-purpose vehicles (+2) have been reported destroyed or captured.
