The General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces says Russia has sustained significant additional losses over the past 24 hours, according to its latest daily update.

In a statement covering the period since the start of the full-scale invasion on 24 February 2022 through to 30 March 2026, Ukrainian officials estimate that approximately 1,296,700 Russian troops have been killed or wounded, including 870 casualties reported in the past day.

According to the update, Russia’s total equipment losses are estimated as follows:

  • Tanks: 11,824 (up by 4 in the last 24 hours)

  • Armoured fighting vehicles: 24,317 (up by 4)

  • Artillery systems: 39,049 (up by 48)

  • Multiple launch rocket systems: 1,708 (up by 1)

Other reported losses include:

  • Air defence systems: 1,337 (no change)

  • Aircraft: 435 (no change)

  • Helicopters: 350 (no change)

  • Operational-tactical drones: 206,531 (up by 2,471)

  • Cruise missiles: 4,491 (no change)

In the naval category, Ukraine reported 33 fast attack craft and two submarines destroyed, with no changes in the latest update.

Additionally, Kyiv said Russia has lost 86,160 vehicles and fuel tankers (up by 183) and 4,105 units of special equipment (unchanged).
