Ukraine’s General Staff: Russia loses over 1.21mln troops since start of full-scale invasion

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Saturday said since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia had lost approximately 1,210,630 military personnel, including killed and wounded, with 750 losses recorded over the past day.
The estimated total combat losses of Russian forces in Ukraine from February 25, 2022, to January 3, 2026, are as follows:
Tanks: 11,497 (+3)
Armoured fighting vehicles: 23,855 (+4)
Artillery systems: 35,744 (+24)
Multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS): 1,590 (+1)
Air defence systems: 1,267 (+0)
Aircraft: 434 (+0)
Helicopters: 347 (+0)
Operational-tactical UAVs: 99,582 (+539)
Cruise missiles: 4,137 (+0)
Light speedboats/ships: 28 (+0)
Submarines: 2 (+0)
Vehicles and fuel tankers: 72,688 (+101)
Special equipment: 4,035 (+0)
