Members of the United National Movement opposition party on Wednesday said their office in the country’s central city of Gori had been attacked.

“This is the eighth or ninth act of vandalism at our office. When we arrived in the morning, we found the glass broken. You can see a big stone thrown at the building”, Kakha Lonzhanidze, the party member, told journalists.

He claimed the police “were not interested” in investigating such incidents.

The Interior Ministry said they are already investigating the case.
