US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland arrived in Kyiv on a working visit. This marks her second visit to Ukraine since the commencement of Russia’s full-scale invasion in February 2022.
Nuland’s previous trip to Kyiv took place in early December 2022. Over two days, she held meetings with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and other top state officials.
“Ukraine will emerge victorious from this conflict, while Putin will suffer defeat. It was imperative for me to convey to all our Ukrainian allies that they are not alone in this struggle; we stand firmly behind Ukraine in its quest for survival and prosperity. Moreover, this fight embodies the preservation of freedom. Ukraine’s battle resonates beyond its borders; it is a fight for all of us,” stated Nuland.
