US Embassy releases statement following Georgian FM's meeting with US Senior State Department Advisor

The United States Embassy in Georgia released a statement following Monday’s meeting between US Ambassador Robin Dunnigan, Senior State Department Advisor White Tolke, and Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili.
According to the US Embassy, the discussion centered on the current state of US-Georgia relations, regional developments, and the path forward for bilateral cooperation.
"Ambassador Dunnigan and Senior Advisor Tolke met with Foreign Minister Botchorishvili today to discuss the US-Georgia relationship. The United States continues to review its approach to Georgia to advance American interests. The United States has made clear the steps Georgia’s government can take to demonstrate it is serious about improving its relationship with the United States," the Embassy said in its official communication.
Georgia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs echoed the strategic significance of the meeting, emphasizing that Georgia remains a key partner of the United States. Minister Botchorishvili reiterated Georgia’s readiness to renew and deepen its strategic partnership with Washington.
The sides also addressed pressing global and regional security challenges, underlining Georgia’s critical role in ensuring peace and stability in the South Caucasus.
The meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tbilisi and was attended by US Ambassador Robin Dunnigan.
