US Secretary of State Blinken arrives in Ukraine

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken arrived in Kiev on a working visit.
He announced this on his Twitter.
“I arrived in Kiev with a desire to strengthen the partnership between Ukraine and the US. This will be an important opportunity to discuss with our Ukrainian partners the ongoing Russian aggression and emphasize the need to maintain both momentum and focus in promoting reforms,” he wrote.
On May 6, the heads of Ukrainian and American diplomacy will hold talks. They will discuss the development of strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States, deepening interaction in the political and security spheres, and increasing trade and investment.
Blinken will also hold a meeting with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, other senior officials and representatives of civil society.
