US threatening Putin with physical destruction – Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov considers the statements of anonymous US officials to be a “decapitating blow” to the Kremlin as a threat to physically destroy President Vladimir Putin. The USA is the strongest supporter of Ukraine in the war with Russia.

“They went the farthest to Washington. There, some unnamed officials from the Pentagon actually threatened to strike the Kremlin. In essence, we are talking about the threat of  murder of the Russian head of state,” Lavrov said in an interview with the Russian agency TA.

The Russian Foreign Minister did not specify the information on which his statement is based and said that if someone really had such ideas, they should think carefully about the consequences.
