Russia loses helicopter, 39 artillery systems, over 1,200 troops in a day, says Ukraine’s Armed Forces

General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Saturday said Russia lost about 1,240 troops over the past 24 hours, bringing its total personnel losses since the start of the full-scale invasion in February 2022 to around 1,286,940.
The report also states that in a single day Russian forces lost one helicopter and 39 artillery systems, along with additional military equipment.
Since 25 February 2022, Russia’s total estimated combat losses include 11,790 tanks, 24,262 armoured vehicles and 38,608 artillery systems. Other losses include 1,691 multiple launch rocket systems and 1,333 air defence systems.
In addition, Ukraine reports that Russia has lost 435 aircraft and 350 helicopters, as well as 188,985 operational-tactical drones and 4,468 cruise missiles.
Further losses include 84,518 vehicles and fuel tanks and 4,096 units of special equipment. Naval losses are reported at 33 light vessels and two submarines.
