Voter turnout at 17.72% in Georgian municipal elections for 12 p.m.

The voter turnout stands at 17.72% in the Georgian municipal elections as of 12:00, the Georgian Central Election Commission reports. 

The highest voter turnout has been reported in western Racha-Lechkhumi region – 27.4%, while the lowest turnout is in the capital Tbilisi – 15.8%. 

619,562 of the 3, 497, 345 eligible voters have participated in the race so far.
