Russian ballistic missiles strike Poltava, Ukraine, killing 41

Russian forces on Tuesday launched two ballistic missiles at the city of Poltava, resulting in the deaths of at least 41 people and injuring 180 others, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
The missiles struck the grounds of an educational institution and a nearby hospital, causing extensive damage. Among the buildings destroyed was one belonging to the Institute of Communications.
