Zelenskyy: Ukraine using domestically produced long-range weapons with range of 150 to 3,000 km

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Thursday said Ukraine had never used American-made weapons to strike targets on Russian territory, highlighting that Kyiv relied on its own domestically produced long-range systems.

“We are using Ukrainian-made long-range capabilities in the range of 150 to 3,000 kilometers. These are our latest advancements”, Zelenskyy said, noting that additional funding is needed to enable mass production of such weapons.

The President reiterated that no US weapons had been used for long-range strikes inside Russia.

“We have used various weapons with strong capabilities, but strictly within combat zones or for missions in preparation for combat. Therefore, Crimea and the East — these are Ukraine”, Zelenskyy said.

He stressed that the strikes were carried out exclusively on temporarily occupied territories.
