Zelenskyy: every Russian missile is aggressor’s answer to calls for ending war

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has ordered strengthened security measures following reports of a new large-scale attack being prepared by Russia.

“I have instructed the Commander of the Air Force of Ukraine, the Minister of Defence and the CEO of Ukrenergo to prepare the necessary additional defence measures today, considering intelligence reports about preparations for a large-scale strike by Russia,” Zelenskyy said.

He added that even on the eve of planned trilateral talks in Geneva, the aggressor state continues to plan attacks against Ukraine.

“This clearly demonstrates how Russia views the diplomatic efforts of its partners. Every Russian missile is the aggressor’s answer to calls for ending the war,” Zelenskyy stated.
