Russian forces have resumed strikes on Ukraine’s energy facilities, and Kyiv will respond to such attacks, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Monday.

Speaking after a staff meeting, Zelenskyy noted that discussions focused primarily on technological issues related to air defence systems, missile supplies, production schedules, and delivery timelines.

He stressed that protecting critical infrastructure, particularly the energy sector, remained a top priority.

“Russians are now once again concentrating their strikes on our energy sector. Of course, we are responding and will continue to respond, but the key is the stability of the entire system,” Zelenskyy said.

The President also received updates on Ukraine’s drone production, highlighting improvements in both quality and quantity. He thanked domestic manufacturers for increasing supplies, including long-range weapons.
