Following a series of terrorist attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the country must respond to Russia and already knows its next steps.

“After the strikes, our task is to respond to the enemy. Our primary objective is to defend ourselves,” Zelenskyy stated.

The President added the enemy had been stockpiling weapons and waiting for rainy and foggy weather conditions, which make it more difficult for Ukraine’s air defence systems, particularly its aviation, to operate effectively.

“They know what they are doing. And we know what needs to be done,” Zelenskyy said.
