Zelensky invited Biden to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence

Volodymyr Zelensky invited US President Joe Biden to visit Ukraine and take part in the inaugural summit of the Crimean Platform and the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's Independence in August.

This was reported in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in response to a request from Radio Liberty.

The Foreign Ministry said that "the organization and conduct of mutual visits at the level of heads of state remains on the permanent agenda of Ukrainian-American relations."

The Foreign Ministry did not specify when the visit of Vladimir Zelensky to the United States can be expected, and whether Joe Biden accepted the invitation to come to Ukraine in August.
