78 artillery systems, 1,450 Russian troops lost in one day, Ukraine’s General Staff reports

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Saturday said Russia has lost about 1,437,550 personnel in Ukraine since 24 February 2022, including 1,450 troops over the past day. The figures include killed and wounded personnel.

The General Staff estimates Russia’s total combat losses as of 25 July 2026 at:

• Tanks: 12,208 (+7)

• Armoured combat vehicles: 25,011 (+11)

• Artillery systems: 46,724 (+78)

• Multiple rocket launch systems: 1,968 (+0)

• Air defence systems: 1,518 (+2)

• Aircraft: 439 (+0)

• Helicopters: 354 (+0)

• Ground-based robotic systems: 2,023 (+17)

• Operational-tactical drones: 426,836 (+1,596)

• Cruise missiles: 4,943 (+5)

• Military vehicles and fuel tanks: 125,358 (+571)

• Special equipment: 4,462 (+8)

The Ukrainian side also reported no changes in Russia’s losses of light speed boats/ships and submarines, which remain at 34 and two respectively.
