Opposition politician Aleksi Petriashvili has been sentenced to three days of administrative detention by Tbilisi City Court.

The ruling was delivered by Judge Tornike Kapanadze.

Petriashvili was accused by Georgia’s Interior Ministry of standing on the pavement during an incident that took place on 17 December.
