Court fines Rondeli foundation researcher, former minister, for road obstruction during protests

A researcher from the Rondeli Foundation and former Euro-Atlantic Integration Minister, Aleksi Petriashvili, has been fined 5,000 GEL by the Tbilisi City Court for obstructing the road during protests against halted EU integration.

The ruling, delivered by Judge Zviad Tsekvava, also includes a three-year ban on Petriashvili’s right to carry weapons.
