Russian citizen found dead near apartment building in Tbilisi

A 23‑year‑old man was found dead on Nawtlughi Street in Tbilisi on Tuesday, police said.

According to preliminary information, the young man fell from the 15th floor of a residential building. He was a citizen of Russia.

Authorities have not yet released further details about the circumstances of the incident. Investigative work is ongoing at the scene.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs told Front News that the case has been opened under Article 115 of the Criminal Code, which covers causing a person to take their own life.
