US President Joe Biden has warned his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin of personal sanctions if Russia attacks Ukraine, along with ‘strong sanctions’ against the country.

“Yes. I would see that,” Biden said when asked by reporters in Washington about this.

Thousands of Russian troops are currently at the Ukrainian border, making threats of repeated violence.

The international community is involved to prevent a war.

Russia  is against NATO enlargement to the Eastern Europe, claiming this would pose threats to its security.

However, the world leaders believe that Putin wishes to restore the Soviet Union.
