Blinken arrives in Kyiv

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in Kyiv on Wednesday, Ukrainian media reported. 

The Russian army carried out air attacks on Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv, earlier on Wednesday. 

The air raid alert was lifted just hours before the arrival of the US official.
