Ukraine's victory in the war against Russia will lead to the complete restoration of our territorial integrity, and not a return to the positions of February 24, the day when Russia invaded Ukraine- the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, said on Tuesday. 

"The return to the positions of February 24 will be a continuation of the torture in which Ukraine had lived from 2014 to 2022. Ukraine's victory in this war will lead to the complete restoration of its territorial integrity, where it is possible by military means and where possible - by diplomatic means," Kuleba said.

The FM suggested that after the restoration of the territorial integrity, a new phase will begin. 

"After that, the second stage of the war will come - it will be bringing the perpetrators of war crimes, crimes against humanity, crimes of aggression to justice and paying compensation," Kuleba said.

Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24 of this year, with hostilities still ongoing.
