UK ambassador summoned to Georgia’s Foreign Ministry

The British Ambassador to Georgia, Gareth Ward, has been summoned to the country’s Foreign Ministry.

Ward did not make any comments to the media before entering the ministry building.

The summons follows a similar move on Wednesday, when the German ambassador was also called in for talks at the ministry.
