Economy minister quits: I wish to continue in other field

Georgian Economy Minister Natia Turnava has quit post, stating that she remains a devoted member of the ruling team and that she wishes to change a field. 

Acting Agriculture Minister Levan Davitashvili will replace her in the role, while Davitashvili’s deputy Otar Shamugia will be promoted as a new minister. Turnava took the post in 2019.
