European Parliament sends observing mission to Georgia for municipal race

The European Parliament will send an observing mission to Georgia to monitor the October 2 municipal elections, MEP Marina Kaljurand has tweeted.

She said that it is ‘excellent news.’ 

 

65 local and 25 international organisations have been registered so far to observe the elections.
