The Central University of Europe (CUE) and the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) have signed a memorandum of cooperation, establishing a framework for comprehensive academic collaboration.
Under the agreement, an EPLO European Law and Governance School (ELGS) campus will be launched at CUE, enabling students to participate in all three levels of ELGS law and public administration programs. The collaboration will also introduce joint double-degree programs, as well as certified professional development, career advancement, and awareness-raising programs for CUE students through EPLO.
Students will additionally have access to ELGS summer and winter schools held at EPLO campuses in Greece, Italy, and Portugal. Opportunities for study exchanges through Erasmus+ mobility programs will also be available.
The ELGS campus at CUE is the first and only EPLO campus located outside the European Union.
The memorandum was signed by Vasiliki Lykoura, EPLO’s Secretary-General, and Gocha Tutberidze, Rector of the Central University of Europe.
The signing ceremony was attended by Ioseb Nanobashvili, EPLO’s Regional Director for Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, who introduced CUE students and academic staff to EPLO’s activities, the structure and administration of ELGS, its academic personnel, and the opportunities available to students under the new partnership.
