European University Vice-Rector Kiria joins editorial board of Milky Way Scientific Journal

Raul Kiria, Vice-Rector for Strategic Communications and Student Services at European University, has been appointed to the editorial board of the international scientific journal Milky Way Scientific Journal, based in the United States.

MWSJ serves as a global academic platform bringing together researchers and professors from around the world. The journal promotes international collaboration, the exchange of innovative ideas and the publication of impactful scientific research across multiple disciplines.

Kiria has held the position of Vice-Rector at European University since 2025. He also serves as an affiliated associate professor in International Relations at the same institution.
