Georgia’s top three trading partners in Jan-Feb: China, Bulgaria, Russia

The top three trading partners of Georgia by domestic exports in January-February 2022 were China (USD 90.0 million), Bulgaria (USD 83.7 million) and Russia (USD 80.2 million), the National Statistics Office of Georgia said in its preliminary results released on Monday.

 

The agency says that In January-February 2022 the share of the top ten trading partners by domestic exports in the total domestic exports of Georgia amounted to 80.8 percent.

 

In January-February 2022 the exports of Georgia (excluding non-declared exports) equaled USD 760.4 million, 54.5 percent higher year-on-year.

 

Share of the domestic exports in total export constituted 73.1 percent and amounted to USD 555.8 million, 51.7 percent higher to the same period of 2021
