Georgian PM expresses condolences to families of three Georgians killed in Ukraine

Georgian PM Irakli Garibashvili has expressed condolences to the families of three Georgian citizens who have been killed in Ukraine by Russian troops during the ongoing Russia – Ukraine war.

 

Garibashvili noted that the government is doing its utmost to ensure the transportation of bodies to Georgia from the war-torn country.

 

“As far as I have been informed the deceased former soldiers also fought in Abkhazia and Tskhinvali,” Garibashvili said today.

 

Gia Beriashvili and David  Ratiani were killed on March 18 in  Irpin, near Kyiv, while Bakhva Chikobava was killed on the next day in Mariupol.
