Georgian president Salome Zourabichvili on Thursday met with Polish foreign minister Zbigniew Rau at Tbilisi presidential palace and told him the country’s European integration was an “order” and the  “unwavering choice” of the country’s population, the president’s press office said.

The officials also discussed security challenges on the backdrop of Russia’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine, the Black Sea security and the issue related to Georgia’s Russian-occupied territories.

The visiting official has already met with the prime minister and the foreign minister of Georgia, pledging his country’s support for Georgia’s sovereignty, territorial integrity and its Euro-Atlantic aspirations.
