The Georgian government has spent 55 million GEL to renovate a cableway in Georgia’s western Chiatura city, a place with the largest manganese reserve in Georgia.
Georgian PM Irakli Garibashvili stated earlier today that the French company Poma used an ‘unique technology’ during the renovation work.
“The cableway has been operating for two weeks and it has already served 20,000 passengers,” Garibashvili stated.
