Ilia State University wins legal battle over authorization

The months-long dispute involving Ilia State University has come to an end. The Higher Education Authorization Council of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement has ruled in favor of the university after reconsidering the case returned by the appeals commission.
“The National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement has decided to grant full authorization to Ilia State University. Our university has successfully proven its case and secured what was rightfully ours by law,” the university stated.
The statement emphasized Ilia State University’s strong academic reputation, backed by numerous domestic and international evaluations.
“Ilia State University was, is, and will continue to be the best state university, as confirmed by various studies both locally and internationally. This victory is just the beginning. The fight does not end here—our truth is the foundation for future successes,” the statement added.
Meanwhile, as the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement held its session, students and professors of Ilia State University organized a protest in support of the institution.
