Interior Ministry responds to video allegedly reflecting physical abuse by policeman

The Georgian Interior Ministry has responded to a video which allegedly reflects physical abuse of a person with disabilities by a policeman in a metro station in Tbilisi. 

The ministry says that materials have already been sent to the State Inspector’s Service which is investigating alleged offenses by law enforcement officers. 

The ministry said that any type of violence unacceptable. 

The video went viral shortly before.
