PM Kobakhidze congratulates students who passed national exams

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has congratulated students who successfully passed the Unified National Examinations and are beginning their university studies.

Kobakhidze on Tuesday said the students' hard work and determination had been rewarded and described educated, patriotic and thoughtful young people as the country's main support.

"Your tireless work and determination have been duly rewarded. A completely new stage, full of interesting opportunities, is beginning," Kobakhidze wrote.

He said the voices, determination and efforts of young people would help shape Georgia's future and expressed hope that they would use their knowledge and energy to advance and strengthen the country.

Kobakhidze also congratulated and thanked the students' parents and teachers for their contribution to their success.

He wished the new students productive, interesting and memorable university years.
