Kharkiv Mourns Victims of August 30 Russian Bombing

Kharkiv is grieving the victims of a Russian bombing launched on August 30. Ukrainian authorities reported that the attack claimed six lives and injured 97 others, 20 of whom are suffering from severe injuries. Among the deceased were two girls, aged 18 and 14. The injured also include 22 children.

The authorities stated the attack involved five aerial guided “glide bombs” launched from planes in Russia’s Belgorod region.

The bombing caused extensive damage, affecting 82 apartment buildings, 11 private homes, three administrative buildings, two educational institutions, and over 50 vehicles. The community is now dealing with the aftermath of this devastating attack.
