Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said psychologists are working at the scene alongside three canine search-and-rescue teams.
A total of 170 rescuers and 51 pieces of equipment have been deployed. Specialists continue clearance operations in the rubble while searching for people who may still be trapped under collapsed buildings.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said the victims include a 15-year-old girl. He added that 57 people were injured.
