Kyiv: Russian troops torture locals

In some settlements which are temporarily controlled by the Russian army, the aggressor violates international humanitarian law, kidnaps and tortures locals, – the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported on the 16th day of Russian invasion.

The General Staff says that the Kremlin has been actively promoting aggressive propaganda in the territories temporarily occupied by Russia.

According to them, in parallel with the propaganda, Russians are trying to introduce an administrative-police regime.

The cities of Lutsk and Dnipro have been  targeted for the first time since the Russian invasion began on February 24.
